CHERRY, BLOSSOM HONEY AND CINNAMON CRUMBLE
50g Posh Cow Honey & Cinnamon Butter (straight from the fridge)
75g plain flour
35g demerara sugar
175g frozen pitted cherries (or any other frozen fruit)
1 tbsp maple syrup
Method - Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Pulse cold butter and flour until it forms a crumble. Add oats and sugar and pulse until combined.
Fill small oven proof dish with frozen cherries and drizzle with maple syrup
Top with crumble
