Let me give you a little taster of what it's about.
It's coming up to George's third Christmas without his mother. Since she died, George's life has been miserable, just totally dull and grey. His dad has thrown himself into his work, so has no time for family and definitely no time for Christmas. (Bah, humbug). When George stumbles across Marley's Curiosity Shop he sees a mysterious snow globe which shows a scene from his past. The boy is immediately transported back to when Christmases were happy, family times with lots of fun.
We all know that miracles can happen and that night, George and his father are swept away on an adventure to three Christmases - past, present and the future ..... With help from new found friends and just a shimmering of magic - can they start to live their lives in full colour once more?
This is an emotional, joyful read which will leave you with a warm, fuzzy feeling. (And that's always nice, isn't it?)
