Classic Cottages are collaborating with the Newlyn School of Art and Cass Art to be part of an Outdoor Painting World Record Attempt which aims to bring together the most people painting a landscape outdoors at the same time in the same place. This will take place between Lands End and Sennen in West Cornwall on September 1 and is open to all ages and levels of experience. No excuse not to join in!
Not only will this be a fun event for the whole family, the aim is to raise funds for essential conservation work to create new stone footings along the coastal path of England’s most westerly point. This means that the footpath will be accessible for future generations to enjoy and help in the protection of existing rare flora and fauna.
There is a chance to win a 7-night stay in a luxury cottage between 31 August – 7 September to coincide with the event. The cottage sleeps four, has stunning sea views and will be located near the World Record Attempt. To be in with a chance to win, register to find out more about the event and be automatically entered into the prize draw. The winner will also receive a three course meal for up to four people at one of Rick Stein's restaurants in either Porthleven or Falmouth.
